A little planning before the truck arrives makes delivery smooth and protects your property.
Clear the drop zone
Our trucks need about 60 feet of straight-line access and 23 feet of overhead clearance. Move vehicles, trash bins and toys out of the way.
Protect the surface
Concrete driveways are the best surface. We place boards under the wheels, but avoid soft grass after heavy rain or freshly poured concrete.
Mark the spot
Use cones, chalk or a note to show exactly where you want the container. If you won't be home, send a photo when you book.
Check rules
HOAs and some cities have placement and duration rules. Street placement may require a permit.
