Rental agreement
By renting a container from Nextdoor Dumpster Rental San Antonio you agree to these terms and any terms on your rental agreement or quote.
Placement and access
The customer is responsible for selecting a placement location, providing clear access and obtaining any required permits. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces at the customer-selected location beyond our reasonable precautions.
Prohibited materials
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, batteries, tires, asbestos and other restricted items may not be placed in containers. Additional fees apply if prohibited items are found.
Weight and overfill
Each rental includes a weight allowance. Overweight charges are billed per ton. Containers must not be filled above the top rim.
Rental period
Additional days beyond the included rental period are billed at the daily rate.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
